Bring your passion for excellence to our table.As Maintenance Tech I, you will be responsible for repairs, adjustments, and ongoing maintenance of facilities, machinery, and equipment on company premises. Duties typically include performing refurbishment of buildings and facilities, preventative and reparative maintenance of buildings, facilities, machinery, and equipment, work related to electric maintenance, mechanics, hydraulics, carpentry and masonry, substituting, changing, cleaning, and/or repairing and installing pieces, components, and equipmentReporting directly to the Maintenance Manager, this position is based in Shreveport, LA*.Duties and ResponsibilitiesPeople Have excellent attendance, safety, and work record.Safety Wear all the required personal protective equipment. Report issues to responsible parties.Quality Conduct periodic inspections to determine maintenance work required. Maintain all the equipment necessary to perform the work. Primary emphasis is on the performance of a variety of maintenance tasks.Delivery Perform refurbishment of buildings and facilities. Preventative and reparative maintenance of buildings, facilities, machinery, and equipment. Work related to electrical maintenance, mechanics, hydraulics, carpentry and masonry, substituting, changing, cleaning, and/or repairing and installing pieces, components and equipment.QualificationsEducation & Experience:High school diploma or equivalentEntry level technician requires little or no prior knowledge or experience but has demonstrated an aptitude for mechanical equipment or basic maintenance skills.Work is routine or follows standard procedures under direct supervision.Skills & AbilitiesCommunication skillsAptitude for repairing and maintaining facilities and equipmentWorking ConditionsStanding and/or walking for extended periods of timeAbility to bend, stoop, kneel, and crouchWork may be tedious, working in close quarters and in high temperatures, or in physically challenging locationsAbility to work mandatory overtimeSafety Sensitive PositionOur BenefitsWe believe that our people our one of our most valuable assets.
