Program Operations Lead

EDMO is seeking a Senior Program Assistant to support the Senior Program Manager in delivering EDMO programs. The role acts as a substitute for the Program Manager when traveling to other sites, overseeing daily operations and guiding staff to ensure a positive experience for participants. You will help plan and run activities (SEL, STEAM, snack time), supervise staff, and communicate with parents while maintaining program safety and alignment with EDMO values. J-18808-Ljbffr
