We work with insurance carriers, law firms, corporations, and private clients to uncover facts and solve complex problems.We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant with an inquisitive nature and an interest in investigative work. This position is designed as an entry point into the investigative field and offers hands-on exposure to real-world investigations, research techniques, case management, and investigative support.This is not a typical administrative position. We are looking for someone who enjoys solving problems, learning new systems, finding answers, and asking questions.This role will begin as a part-time position with a minimum schedule of 20 hours per week, with the potential for increased hours, expanded responsibilities, and long-term advancement opportunities as the company and position continue to grow.Position OverviewThe Administrative Assistant / Junior Investigator supports the daily operations of Covert Special Investigations by assisting with client communications, case intake, file management, research, and investigative support activities.The ideal candidate is organized, resourceful, comfortable speaking with people, and naturally curious.
