When you apply and get hired, you are eligible for a $500 sign-on bonus.Location: Phillipsburg, NJJob Type/Status: Full TimeSalary: 60,000 annuallyPosition Summary:The Clinician will maintain a caseload of clients and provide treatment in a variety of modalities such as individual, group, and family. The Clinician will also collaborate and work closely with the psychiatric staff for those receiving medication. The ideal candidate will have experience working with a variety of mental health issues, be knowledgeable in assessment, evidence based treatment, trauma informed care, treatment planning, diagnosis, and discharge planning. Our candidate will have the ability to problem solve and work independently. Excellent computer and organization skills are a must. TDuties and Responsibilities:Comply with funding source, contract and or program's Annex AComplete required documentation within established timeframes per Federal, State, County, and agency regulations, policy and procedureProvide competent, direct clinical services with children, adolescents, adults and families through a variety of modalities such as individual, group, and family therapy in office or in communityProvide comprehensive clinical assessment, diagnosis, and treatment appropriate to psychiatric recommendations and members presenting concerns regardless of race, gender, culture, or ethnicityUtilize interventions based on systemic, behavioral and cognitive modalities of treatmentCollaboratively develop individual and family service plans and goals which are behaviorally specific with the familyProvide care management services by coordinating services to meet the needs of the individual/familyParticipates in regular clinical supervision in accordance with the guidelines of his/her professional organization; take responsibility with maintaining professional license; obtain advanced license, participate in staff professional development trainings and workshops as mandated/requiredAttend and participate in clinical supervision and team as well as any required meetings as deemed necessary.Provide crisis intervention as neededDevelop a transition plan with individuals/families to assist with termination and ensure linkage to ongoing supportWillingness to utilize clinical supervision to promote independent decision-making and enhancesystem collaboration within a multidisciplinary teamComplete all necessary paperwork in a thorough, timely and professional mannerMaintain weekly/monthly/annual productivity targetMeet in-home/in community providing clinical services for older adultsProvide in office behavioral health outpatient sessionsApproximately 15 hours per week will be spent on the Older Adults aging programThis position will minimally conduct 13 hours of direct billable services with clients per week in the Behavioral Health Outpatient program maintaining 70% productivityRequirements:Master's Degree in related human services fieldClinical Licensure as a social worker or licensed professional counselor or posses an equivalent license from an accredited boardKnowledge, training and application of evidence-based treatmentKnowledge and application in the area of family systems and Trauma Informed CareMinimum one year direct clinical experience, providing psychotherapy within a behavioral health settingBenefits:At the Center for Family Services, our employees are our greatest resource, and we are committed to investing in our staff.
