Enterprise Resources Planning Analyst

NABRICO Marine Products is seeking an ERP Application Analyst to join our team during a critical phase of organizational build-out and transformation. This role will play a key part in the selection, implementation, and ongoing support of a new ERP system, helping to establish the foundation for scalable, efficient operations across our business.This is a ground-floor opportunity to shape processes, influence system design, and partner across Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, and HR to ensure successful ERP deployment and adoption. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment and is energized by systems.This is not a remote position, onsite is required Key ResponsibilitiesERP Implementation & DeploymentSupport the selection, configuration, and implementation of NABRICO’s new ERP systemPartner with internal stakeholders and external vendors to define business requirements and system capabilitiesAssist with data migration, validation, and system testing (UAT)Help develop and execute cutover and go-live plansApplication Support & AdministrationServe as a primary point of contact for ERP system support, troubleshooting issues and resolving user inquiriesMaintain system integrity, including user access, roles, and permissionsMonitor system performance and escalate issues as neededProcess Development & OptimizationCollaborate with business leaders to document, design, and improve business processes aligned with ERP capabilitiesIdentify opportunities to increase efficiency, accuracy, and automationSupport the development of standard operating procedures (SOPs)Training & Change ManagementAssist in developing and delivering end-user training and documentationSupport change management efforts to drive user adoption and engagementAct as a liaison between technical teams and business users to ensure clear communicationReporting & Data SupportSupport development of reports, dashboards, and data analytics within the ERP systemAssist with data integrity initiatives and ongoing data governance practicesQualificationsRequiredBachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)3 to 5+ years of experience supporting ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, IFS, Epicor or similar)Experience participating in ERP implementations or major system upgradesStrong problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutionsExcellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionallyPreferredExperience in manufacturing, industrial, or marine environmentsFamiliarity with data migration, integration, and system testingExposure to financial and operational workflows (inventory, production, procurement, etc.)Experience working in a private equity-backed, or high-growth environmentKey CompetenciesAdaptability and comfort with ambiguityStrong attention to detail and process disciplineCollaborative mindset with a focus on serviceAbility to prioritize and execute in a fast-moving environmentContinuous improvement orientationWhy Join NABRICO Marine ProductsOpportunity to build and shape core business systems from day oneHigh visibility role with direct impact on operational successCollaborative, hands-on environment where your contributions matterBe part of a team committed to integrity, execution, and winning together
