The team values integrity, diligence, and client-centered service. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Gallatin, TN for a Family Law Paralegal. The Family Law Paralegal will be responsible for assisting attorneys in legal research, drafting and reviewing legal documents, and preparing case files for court proceedings. The role includes maintaining communication with clients, managing case-related documentation, and collaborating with other team members to support the efficient handling of cases. Qualifications Knowledge of family law and legal procedures; experience in Legal Document PreparationStrong Communication skills for client interactions and team collaborationProficiency in legal Research and Document ReviewExceptional organizational and multitasking abilitiesProficiency with legal software and case management tools is a plusAttention to detail and ability to handle confidential informationAssociate's degree or Paralegal Certification preferred with 3-5 yearsFamiliarity with family law procedures in Tennessee is an advantage
