Production Engineering Cam Lockheed Martin is seeking a Production Engineering CAM to drive execution across F-35 Production Engineering projects. In this role, you will manage a diverse portfolio of F35 Production Engineering Projects: Follow-on Modernization implementation. Affordability projects to drive cost reduction and process efficiency. Tooling and Special Test Equipment implementation for advanced manufacturing. Field modifications for both F-35 and IFG (International Fighter Group) operations. Other discretely funded projects supporting full-rate production and delivery requirements Execute all phases of CAM project management: Proposal integration and baseline development. Earned Value Management (EVM) performance tracking. Project closure and financial reconciliation. Support staffing rockpile management, ensuring alignment of planned and high potential work to production needs. Fort Worth, TX This position is in Fort Worth, TX Discover Fort Worth. Basic Qualifications: CAM Certification. CAM, Finance, Project Management, &/or Program Management experience. Desired Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated experience interfacing and presenting to Senior Leadership. Self-starter with the ability to quickly adapt to changing priorities. Experience working with Production Engineering. Experience working with Program Management. Demonstrated experience reviewing, writing, evaluating Basis of Estimates (BOEs). Familiarity with Lockheed's EVMS Tool Suite. Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
