Motorcycle Technician

Overview We are seeking a highly skilled Technician to join our team. We need someone who has been to MMI and/or has experience in the field working on metric motorcycles. we pay $40/Hr flat rate. We need someone to work part time to begin and eventually full time if things work out. Please don't ask if we can teach because we cant. We aren't a school or training academy. Your main role will be working on metrics, but will also include Harley Davidson, Victory, and Indian motorcycles. We are an ASE Certified company so within one year of employment we will send you to test and become certified (A1 or G1 preferred), paid in full by us. You must have your own tools. Responsibilities - Perform routine maintenance and repairs on motorcycles. - Utilize mechanical knowledge to diagnose and fix complex issues. - Work effectively with hand tools and power tools to complete tasks. - diagnose and rebuild carbs to include syncing. - Provide excellent customer service, including communicating effectively with clients and sales teams. - Collaborate with other technicians and team members to achieve common goals. - Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols and guidelines. - Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner. Experience - Previous experience as a service technician or schooling. - Familiarity with shop operations and procedures. - Strong mechanical knowledge and the ability to apply it to real-world situations. - Experience with heavy lifting and suspension of equipment. - Excellent customer service skills. - Experience working with hand tools and power tools. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
