Role: Account Servicing-RepresentativeLocation: 3131 E Camelback Rd Ste 200, Phoenix, AZ, 85016Duration: 07+ Months (Possible extension)Pay rate - $21/hr on W2.Job Description:Setting up new accounts and processing requests (VOM, payoff statements, reinstatement amounts) and changes (modifications, assignments of beneficial interest, assumptions)Managing multiple tasks including answering customer calls, requests, and inquiriesProcessing payments, paid accounts, and lien releasesMaintaining impound accounts for taxes and insuranceThe Account Servicing Representative may be assigned additional tasks in support of the department’s goals.Skills/Experience:Please note: Loan Servicing role – not accounting.Required Skills:Strong oral and written communication skillsHigh level of organizational skills and attention to detailBasic knowledge of banking, account, and escrowBasic computer skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced, constantly changing business setting with new technology and paperless environmentAbility to work independently with little or no supervision, as well as in a teamBasic 10-key calculator skillsAbility to calculate simple interest
