Network Solutions Architect

Type: Long-term contract engagement (potential for conversion to FTE)OverviewBrooksource is seeking a Network Solutions Architect to support next-generation network and cloud service development with our leading telecommunications client. This role partners closely with Product, Engineering, and Alliance teams to design new services, evaluate emerging technologies, and influence long-term architecture strategy.ResponsibilitiesTranslate customer and product requirements into scalable technical solutions.Lead technical feasibility reviews, certification needs, and solution validation.Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies including APIs, AI/ML, SD-WAN, NFV, and shape 3–5-year service and technology roadmaps.Collaborate with Product, Mobility, ABS, Alliance Partners, and Engineering on new service introduction.Communicate technical decisions and project updates to senior stakeholders.Drive high-impact, cross-functional initiatives from concept through implementation.Support Product and Account teams with solutioning, escalations, and customer requirements.Mentor engineers and contribute to best practices across architecture teams.QualificationsExpertise in networking technologies across Layer 1–7.Strong knowledge of Ethernet, VLAN/VXLAN, fiber access, MPLS, 4G/5G.Hands-on experience with routing and transport protocols (BGP, OSPF, RIP, TCP/IP, UDP, QUIC, IPSEC, WireGuard).Experience with advanced architectures (EVPN, VPLS, Segment Routing, RSVP, PCE, ROADM).Cloud networking experience with AWS, Azure, and GCP.Proficiency with NFV and compute platforms (VMware, KVM, RedHat, Hyper-V, Dell, and other platforms).Understanding of API standards such as OpenAPI and TM Forum.Experience with SD-WAN architectures, policies, and overlays.Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.Proven ability to influence strategy and simplify complex technical concepts.BenefitsWeekly paychecksAccess to medical, dental, and vision benefitsOpportunity to work within a large, enterprise-scale telecom environment supporting cutting-edge network initiativesEEO StatementEight Eleven Group provides equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, national origin, age, sex, citizenship, disability, genetic information, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, marital status, amnesty or status as a covered veteran in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws.J-18808-Ljbffr
