Present in international markets, it meets the specific needs of each client across various industries, specifically the food, medical, and personal care industries.About the Role: An HR Generalist manages daily human resources operations, covering recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, compliance, and benefits administration. They act as the primary point of contact for employees, implementing company policies, maintaining records, and supporting performance management to foster a positive, legally compliant workplace.Responsibilities: Perform necessary functions to coordinate all Human Resource activitiesProcess accurate bi-weekly payrollManage all employee benefits (including health insurance and 401K)Manage the recruiting process, assisting department supervisors and managersConduct new hire orientation and onboardingMaintain accurate employee filesFormulate and update policies and procedures as requested by managementCompliance and law managementPart-time position averaging 20 – 25 hours per weekRequirements: 3+ years of relevant experience in all HR areasStrong experience with Microsoft Office and computer skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work independentlyAbility to effectively work with both employees and managementExcellent organization skills with a high level of attention to detailAbility to maintain confidentialityWillingness to take on other tasks as neededConvey a professional and positive image and attitude towards employees, customers, vendors, and applicantsExperience with Paylocity a plusPowered by JazzHRCPSVbs63Dy
