We take pride in running organized job sites, delivering quality work, and maintaining strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and our crews.Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Construction Foreman to oversee multiple commercial projects and crews. This role is hands-on and requires a strong leader who is comfortable being on-site daily, managing schedules, coordinating subcontractors, and ensuring projects stay on track, on budget, and up to standard.Schedule & ExpectationsMonday–Thursday: 7:00 AM – 4:30 PMFriday: 7:00 AM – 11:30 AMOn-site daily at active job sites (no remote or hybrid flexibility)Occasional extended hours may be required based on project timelinesKey ResponsibilitiesSupervise and manage multiple commercial projects simultaneouslyLead, coordinate, and support job site crews and subcontractorsEnsure all work meets project specifications, safety standards, and quality expectationsRead and interpret blueprints, drawings, and project documentsCoordinate materials, deliveries, and equipmentMaintain daily job site organization, cleanliness, and safety complianceCommunicate progress, issues, and needs with project management and ownershipTrack schedules and help keep projects on time and within scopeServe as the on-site point of contact for clients, inspectors, and vendorsQualificationsMinimum 5 years of experience in commercial construction (foreman or lead role preferred)Drivers License and Reliable transportation Strong knowledge of commercial building practices and job site operationsProven ability to manage multiple crews and projects at onceExcellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skillsAbility to read blueprints and construction documents confidentlyReliable transportation and ability to travel between local job sitesOSHA certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)Compensation & BenefitsSalary range: $50,000–$70,000 annually, based on experienceConsistent schedule with short FridaysOpportunity to grow with a well-established and expanding companyLong-term stability for the right candidatePaid Vacations and 401k matching Why Join Branks General Contracting?Work with a tight-knit, professional teamProjects are commercial and structuredLeadership that values accountability, quality, and respect on job sitesRoom for growth as the company continues to expand in the Charleston market
