If you are seeking an entry level fabrication position with a great Monday thru Friday schedule, with a current over time schedule, this could be a great opportunity for you! Pay: $18.00 an hourRegular Schedule: Monday thru Friday 6:45am to 3:30pmCurrent Schedule: Monday thru Friday 6:00am to 4:00pm, Saturday 6am to 12pm. Job Title: FabricatorJob Summary:We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Fabricator to join our team. The ideal candidate will work with various materials to fabricate, assemble, and finish products according to specifications. This entry-level position is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to begin their career in manufacturing or metalworking. You will be measuring beams, cutting beams with a metal chop saw, stacking and preparing for shipment to the companies clients. Key Responsibilities:Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders.Operate basic fabrication machinery such as saws, drills and grinders.Cut, shape, and assemble materials (metal) to create products.Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet quality standards.Assist in maintaining a clean and safe work environment.Follow safety protocols and adhere to company policies.No welding required. Saw experience is a PLUS!Qualifications:Basic knowledge of hand tools, measuring tape, power tools and machines.Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.Prior experience in fabrication or manufacturing is a plus but not required.Physical Requirements:Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs. heavy lifting.Comfortable working in a noisy, fast-paced environment.Ability to carry and stack fabricated metal beams.About Express Employment Professionals:Express Employment Professionals of Caldwell, ID is a leading staffing provider helping job seekers find work with a wide variety of local business.
