Machine Mill Operator - 1st & 2nd Shifts

Job Title: Machine Mill Operator Location: Breckenridge, MN Compensation: $22 per hour - paid weekly Schedule: 1st & 2nd Shifts | 6:00am/pm-5:00pm/am | Monday-Thursday Job Type: Temporary or Temp-to-hire About the Opportunity Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Machine Mill Operators for a leading manufacturing company located in Breckenridge, MN. What You'll Do as a Machine Mill Operator: Maintain assigned work areas at the highest possible cleanliness and organized level Operate and maintain the production line equipment in the absence of the Operator II Load and unload tandem trucks at elevators or storage sites Learn and assist in the training of all employees assigned to department daily, as well as Operator II responsibilities Monitor rolling stock and storage sites for accurate and status of bins and grain handling equipment Bag 25–50-pound bags of sunflower product on a continuous basis Ensure all assigned paperwork is completed correctly daily Maintain a high level of personal and environmental safety Maintain and promote communication between all departments and management What You Need to Bring to the Machine Mill Operator Role: High School diploma or GED Previous food industry experience Knowledge of GMP work environment Ability to communicate with customers clearly and concisely, both verbal and written Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodations Proficiency in basic math and computer skills Working knowledge of following equipment: Electronic Color Sorter, Gravities, Destoner, Electronic Scales, Package Filling Equipment, Sewing Machines, Computer #worknow Why You'll Like Working with Doherty Staffing Solutions Enjoy weekly pay, access to health coverage options through Benefits in a Card (including preventative and minimum value plans), and temp-to-hire opportunities for long-term stability where applicable.
