Junior Structural Engineer

This is a great opportunity for an early-career engineer to take ownership of real projects and build hands-on experience in structural design for industrial applications.Daily FunctionsDesign and evaluate structural members using load calculationsDetermine feasibility and optimize solutions for industrial applicationsWork with Unistrut systems, including member and fitting selectionApply sound engineering judgment to develop safe, efficient designsCoordinate with internal teams to deliver practical, efficient designs and support occasional visits to client site (local). Required Education and Experience:Bachelor's degree in Structural Engineering (may consider Civil or Mechanical with applicable experience)2-5 years of structural design experienceStrong understanding of structural fundamentals and member sizingDetail-oriented with a practical, problem-solving mindsetBased in or willing to relocate to the Dayton, Ohio areaThis position will focus on structural member designs initially with progressive growth into larger more complex projects.
