Human Resources Generalist And Administrative SupportThe Human Resources Generalist and Administrative Support role will be based in Miami to support the company's Human Resources and Legal Department. This position will handle various responsibilities across multiple HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, and various compliance tasks in multiple markets. The ideal individual must be able to handle confidential matters with discretion, exercise good judgment in a variety of situations, possess strong written and verbal communication, demonstrate high-level administrative and organizational skills, and proven success maintaining a realistic balance among multiple, shifting priorities. The ideal candidate must have demonstrated experience in HR principles and best practices and be able to work effectively with employees at all levels. Essential duties and responsibilities are those most important or most frequently performed duties. Employees will be required to perform other job-related duties as required. Supervisory responsibilities include none. Minimum requirements include 2-5 years of experience as a Human Resources Generalist working within a Human Resources Department with demonstrated experience in HR principles and best practices. A bachelor's degree is preferred, but not required. Interpersonal skills are essential, as someone in this position has constant interaction with company employees and must be able to maintain a positive demeanor throughout even the most difficult situations. Flexibility, poise, and the ability to manage multiple, changing priorities in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with minimal supervision are also required. High level of integrity, excellent time-management, organizational and follow-up skills, strong PC skills, including proficiency with MS Outlook, Word, Excel & PowerPoint, MicroSoft365, TEAMS and similar technology driven communication platforms, knowledge in ADP Workforce Now, clear and positive communication, trustworthiness, problem-solving abilities, detail-oriented, ability to act in a proactive manner, experience working with teams in different geographies/time zones, and bilingual in English/Spanish are also necessary. Physical requirements involve sedentary work, sitting most of the time but may involve walking or standing for brief periods of time. Why work for SBS?
