This is a ground-floor opportunity to establish and lead the corporate practice in Southern California, with the full infrastructure of a 1,000+ attorney firm behind you.What You'll DoOriginate, manage, and execute buy-side and sell-side M&A transactions for middle-market companies, PE sponsors, and founder-led businessesAdvise private equity funds and portfolio companies on acquisitions, investments, and strategic transactionsManage deal teams and mentor associates across a growing LA corporate platformCollaborate with litigation, finance, real estate, and restructuring partners across the firm's national networkDrive business development and help define the corporate practice's presence in the Southern California marketWhat We're Looking For15+ years of corporate transactional experience (required)Portable book of business of $1.5M+ with meaningful personal collections (~$1M+ preferred)Significant experience leading middle-market M&A transactions end-to-endActive CA bar or ability to waive in; PE experience and the ability to bring an associate or junior partner are strong plusesIMPORTANT TO KNOWPreferred book exceeds $2M. Industry focus in healthcare, technology, life sciences, manufacturing, or consumer products is a plus. Cross-border deal experience valued. On-site role in LA, Denver, Dallas, or Chicago.
