If you're excited by seeing your work out in the world and influencing key outcomes across both DTC and B2B channels, you'll fit right in.Please note that this is an onsite role at our corporate office in Bolingbrook, IL.As an Integrated Marketing Manager, you willStrategic Marketing & PlanningPartner with key stakeholders to develop integrated marketing programs that drive measurable business outcomesSupport go-to-market planning for new product launches, including positioning, messaging, channel strategy and implementationResearch, monitor and analyze industry trends and competitor products and marketing activitiesContribute to account planning, forecasting and budget managementBrand Management, Advocacy and EngagementServe as a steward of the brand, ensuring consistency in voice, tone and experience across all consumer touchpointsSupport development and evolution of brand guidelines, visual identity systems and messaging frameworksCollaborate with Creative/Studio teams to manage and maintain brand assets and asset management systemsIdentify and support opportunities in PR, brand advocacy and customer loyalty initiativesReview and assess incoming partnership inquiries from creators, agencies, and brands to identify high-impact collaboration opportunitiesCampaign Development & ExecutionCollaborate with internal teams and external agencies on authoring of creative briefs and development of creative campaigns (evergreen, seasonal and product launches)Participate in media and creative planning sessions to ensure alignment across channelsLead execution of integrated campaigns across channels including OOH, print, social, web, email, SEM, video and B2BPartner with Digital, Web and Studio teams to deliver high-quality, on-strategy workProject Management & Cross-Functional LeadershipOversee timelines, deliverables and communications across stakeholders to ensure projects stay on trackAlign cross-functional teams and proactively identify risks, roadblocks and solutionsEnsure cohesive execution across multiple workstreams and partnersHow you workYou bring a test-and-learn mindset, continuously optimizing based on performance and insightsYou are naturally curious and proactive, identifying opportunities and bringing forward thoughtful, data-informed ideasYou balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution, able to zoom out while managing day-to-day detailsYou take ownership and accountability, following through on commitments and delivering high-quality outcomesYou thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment and adapt quickly to shifting prioritiesQualifications8-10 years of experience in marketing or integrated marketing rolesStrong strategic thinking with the ability to connect big-picture ideas to executionHighly collaborative, with the ability to build relationships and influence cross-functional stakeholdersExcellent communication and storytelling skillsStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesProactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a bias toward actionCreative thinker with a strong attention to detailProficiency with project management and collaboration tools, including Asana, the Atlassian suite (Jira, Confluence) and Microsoft OutlookWorking knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite: able to view, annotate and navigate creative files without needing a designer to hold your handExperience with collaborative proofing platforms for managing review cycles, versioning, and stakeholder feedbackAuthorized to work in the United StatesWhy you'll love working at WeatherTechWeatherTech is proud to offer employees a competitive salary and benefits package, opportunities for internal promotions and skill development, and clean and safe workspace.
