Senior Client Partner - Pharma

Role OverviewWe are seeking a strategic and growth-focused Client Partner – Pharma to drive business expansion within leading pharmaceutical clients. This role is responsible for managing key client relationships, identifying new opportunities, and delivering digital, data, and technology-led solutions tailored to the pharma domain.The ideal candidate will have strong experience in pharmaceutical/biotech industry, consultative selling, and managing large enterprise accounts.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn and grow strategic relationships with Pharma clients (Big Pharma / Mid-market Biotech)Drive revenue growth through upselling, cross-selling, and new logo acquisitionAct as a trusted advisor to clients on digital transformation, AI, data, and cloud initiativesIdentify and pursue new business opportunities across R&D, Clinical, Commercial, and Supply ChainCollaborate with internal teams (Delivery, Pre-sales, Solutions) to craft winning proposalsLead account planning, pipeline development, and forecastingManage end-to-end sales cycle from opportunity identification to deal closureEnsure high levels of client satisfaction and retentionStay updated on pharma industry trends, regulations, and competitive landscapeRequired Qualifications8–15+ years of experience in Client Partner / Account Management / Sales rolesStrong background in Pharmaceutical / Life Sciences industryProven track record of managing and growing multi-million dollar accountsExperience selling IT services, digital transformation, data/AI, or consulting solutionsDeep understanding of pharma value chain (R&D, Clinical, Regulatory, Commercial)Strong stakeholder management skills with CXO-level engagement experienceExcellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skillsPreferred QualificationsExperience working with global pharma clients in the US marketExposure to AI/ML, Cloud, Data Analytics, Pharmacovigilance, or Digital Health solutionsMBA or equivalent business qualification
