Job Summary: The Executive Assistant & Office Manager serves as a trusted partner to the Chief Executive Officer and a key operational core for Cantex Continuing Care Network. This role provides high-level executive support to the CEO and other senior leaders, while also overseeing the daily operations of the corporate office and coordinating large-scale leadership and Board events.The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, discreet, and polished—capable of managing competing priorities, complex logistics, and confidential matters with excellence.
