Senior Commissioning Agent

Position: Senior Commissioning Agent Salary Range: $140,000 - $160,000 /year Job Type: Full-Time Workplace Type: Remote, with up to 50% travel SIRIS is seeking an experienced Commissioning Project Manager to lead company growth relating to the commissioning of building systems. The ideal candidate will have experience as a commissioning project manager and shall have experience in writing commissioning specifications, commissioning plans, functional test procedures, and coordinating commissioning tasks with the construction contractor’s schedule. In addition to the management of commissioning contracts, the individual will also be establishing and implementing standard procedures and documentation for the commissioning process within SIRIS. Relevant Experience Must have 10 years of experience practicing mechanical engineering. Must have 5 years of experience managing the commissioning process for building systems. The Commissioning Agent Communication, Language, and Software Skills with the ability to utilize a variety of software programs to monitor, update, and produce work products by applying knowledge of computer literacy. Experience leading a diverse team to the successful completion of the commissioning of a building within the project schedule. Required Skills and Knowledge The ideal Commissioning Agent is required to have knowledge of the design and construction of building systems in both commercial and hospital environments along with knowledge and experience in general construction processes. Certified Commissioning Professional Licensed Mechanical Engineer preferred Communication, Language, and Software skills Ability to utilize a variety of software programs to monitor, update, and produce work products by applying knowledge of computer literacy. Ability to communicate with individuals of varying technical backgrounds.
