Recruiter Key Responsibilities: As a Recruiter, you’ll play a vital role in helping our clients find top-quality employees who best fit their job openings. Your responsibilities will include: Sourcing and attracting candidates through various channels (job boards, career pages, social media, etc.). Collaborating with department managers and team leaders to identify current and future hiring needs. Managing candidate information (resumes, contact details, etc.) within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Conducting pre-employment screening, including reference checks and background verification. Working closely with assigned clients to understand and fulfill their staffing needs. Ensuring a smooth and efficient onboarding process for new hires. Meeting weekly recruitment goals and performance metrics. Recruiter What We’re Looking For: Proven experience as a Recruiter, Staffing Specialist, or Staffing Coordinator. Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs) and resume databases. Strong experience conducting interviews and candidate evaluations (phone/virtual screenings, structured interviews, assessments). Excellent organizational skills to maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records. Outstanding communication skills and the ability to build relationships with candidates and clients. Knowledge of labor laws and hiring best practices. Ability to work independently while staying focused and results driven.
