Our client, a leading international freight forwarder, is seeking an Air Coordinator to process data and documents for air shipments.This position is based in Burlingame, California, and offers a competitive salary and benefits..You would be responsible for:Processing data and documents for Import and Export air shipments.Coordinating with vendors and carriers to provide timely and exemplary service to clients and partners.Handling and maintaining the accuracy of all related documents, monitoring the status of shipments, and keeping clients informed.Experience working with legalization, letters of credit, and original titles.Work Experience Requirements:At least 2 years of operational experience with an international freight forwarder.
