Responsible for timely and accurate communication and documentation related to nursing care. Promotes and develops nursing services in home care. Manages on call responsibilities as assigned.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONSEducation: Graduate of an accredited RN program.Experience: Four (4) years nursing experience.Licensure/Certification/Registration: Current license in Minnesota to practice as a Registered Nurse; Wisconsin RN license within six (6) months of employment. BLS Certification with a designation of either BLS Provider or Healthcare Provider from either the American Heart Association or American Red Cross, or Military Training Network.
