LUKE'S BEHAVIORAL HEALTH CLINIC in Duluth, MN is seeking a HOME CARE RN to join our SKILLED HOMECARE team!Salary Range: $43.29 - $66.22 HourlySchedule/Hours: DAY ONLY, 8 hoursWeekend Requirement: Every Third WeekendFTE: FULL TIME, 1.000000 FTEThe Home Care RN is responsible for delivering direct nursing care to patients in their home and primary case management. Responsible for timely and accurate communication and documentation related to nursing care. Promotes and develops nursing services in home care. Manages on call responsibilities as assigned.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONSEducation: Graduate of an accredited RN program.Experience: Four (4) years nursing experience.Licensure/Certification/Registration: Current license in Minnesota to practice as a Registered Nurse; Wisconsin RN license within six (6) months of employment. BLS Certification with a designation of either BLS Provider or Healthcare Provider from either the American Heart Association or American Red Cross, or Military Training Network. Wisconsin Background Study upon hire and renewed per Wisconsin state law.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSEducation: N/AExperience: Home Care and/or Acute Care in a hospital setting.Licensure/Certification/Registration: N/AKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIESStrong nursing background, maturity and flexibility.
