Landscape Laborers

Job Description Job Summary:We are seeking a dependable, hard-working Full-Time Landscape Laborer to join our team. This role involves assisting with landscape installation and maintenance projects, including hardscaping, lawn maintenance, and fence installation. The ideal candidate is motivated, team-oriented, and comfortable working outdoors in various conditions.Key Responsibilities:Perform general landscape maintenance including mowing, trimming, edging, weeding, and cleanupAssist with hardscaping projects such as paver installation, retaining walls, and related construction tasksSupport fence installation and related site preparation workPlant trees, shrubs, and flowers; apply mulch and soil as neededOperate and maintain hand tools and power equipment (trimmers, blowers, saws, etc.)Load and unload materials, tools, and equipmentFollow instructions from crew leaders and complete assigned tasks efficientlyMaintain a clean, safe, and organized job siteAdhere to all company safety policies and proceduresQualifications:Must have a valid New Jersey driver's licensePrior landscaping, hardscaping, or general labor experience preferred (not required)Ability to perform physically demanding work in outdoor environmentsAbility to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periodsStrong work ethic, reliability, and punctualityWillingness to learn and work as part of a teamBenefits: (Customize as applicable)Competitive hourly payOpportunities for overtimeOn-the-job training and advancement opportunitiesStable, full-time employmentCompany DescriptionAbout O'Connor Landscaping:O'Connor Landscaping is a professional landscaping company specializing in high-quality landscape installation and maintenance services.
