Technical Program ManagerLocation: Remote with occasional on-site meetings in Fairfax, VA (Must be located in the DC area)This is a senior-level Technical Program Manager supporting federal cloud migration and data platform initiatives. Candidates must be strong program leaders who can manage large technical efforts across engineers, government stakeholders, executive leadership, and technology partners.Must Have:5+ years of Technical Program Management, Technical Project Management, or delivery leadership experienceFederal program experience (DoD preferred)Strong stakeholder engagement and executive communication skillsExperience leading large-scale cloud migration programsExperience managing technology vendors and cloud partners (AWS, Azure, GCP, Databricks, etc.)Strong organizational skills with ability to manage scope, schedule, risk, dependencies, and customer outcomesActive Secret clearance minimumU.S. CitizenshipNice to Have:TS/SCI ClearanceDatabricks experience or enough exposure to successfully discuss Databricks during technical interviewsExperience supporting AI/ML, analytics, or modern data platform initiativesPMP, SAFe, CSM, or other PM certificationsSecurity+ certificationWhat We Are Really Looking For:TPMs who have successfully delivered complex federal technical programsStrong customer-facing program leaders, not just project coordinatorsCandidates comfortable working with engineers and architects while driving executive-level discussionsExperience coordinating cloud migrations, data engineering teams, and external technology partnersThis individual will oversee complex technical programs, coordinate with engineering teams, manage technology vendor relationships, and ensure successful delivery of customer outcomes.Key Responsibilities:Oversee complex technical programs including scope, schedule, risk, dependencies, and customer satisfactionServe as the primary liaison with technology vendors and cloud partnersLead coordination efforts supporting cloud migration and data platform programsManage communication across engineering teams, business leaders, government stakeholders, and executive leadershipDrive program execution using Agile, hybrid, or structured delivery methodologiesManage multiple concurrent technical programs simultaneouslyCoordinate with cloud providers including AWS, Azure, and GCPEnsure successful delivery of customer-facing technical initiativesRequired Qualifications:U.S. CitizenshipActive Secret clearance minimumBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Engineering, or related technical field (or equivalent experience)5+ years of Technical Program Management, Technical Project Management, or delivery leadership experienceDemonstrated experience delivering federal programsExperience managing multiple concurrent technical programsStrong stakeholder engagement and communication skillsExceptional organizational and coordination abilitiesExperience managing relationships with technology partners and cloud providersUnderstanding of Agile and structured delivery methodologiesTechnical fluency with modern data platforms and cloud architecturesPreferred Qualifications:TS/SCI clearanceExperience supporting Databricks environmentsExperience with AI/ML, analytics, or modern data platformsFamiliarity with Apache Spark, Delta Lake, MLflow, and ETL/ELT conceptsKnowledge of data governance, security, and compliance requirementsPMP, SAFe, CSM, or equivalent certificationsCompTIA Security+ certificationPrior experience in Professional Services, Solutions Architecture, or Technical Account Management environments.
