Territory Sales Representative - Liquid & Powder Coatings
Novaris Search are currently partnered with a Global Manufacturer of Liquid and Powder coatings solutions, seeking a dedicated Sales Representative to cover the South/North Carolina region.ResponsibilitiesPromote and sell industrial coating products to existing and prospective customers within the assigned territory.Generate new business through prospecting, self‑sourced leads, and cold calling.Build and maintain strong customer and distributor relationships.Conduct cost‑benefit analyses and support customers with application and product knowledge.Work with regional and technical teams to resolve customer issues.Track and report on pipeline, territory activity, and market trends.Collaborate with regional managers and internal teams while following all company policies.RequirementsProven success in industrial coatings or related technical B2B sales.Strong communication, selling, and negotiation skills.Highly motivated, target‑driven, and well‑organized.Comfortable with MS Office, Outlook, and sales reporting.Ability to manage territory planning, travel, and expenses effectively.Why JoinCompetitive base salary plus commission.Full benefits package.Long‑term growth and development opportunities.Supportive, collaborative team environment.
