!!ONSITE ROLE!!Job DescriptionPrimary responsibilities:National Coordination of New Hire \ Replacement PC Builds for all 5 RegionsOrdering and tracking PCs for new hires or replacements nationallyCoordinate with SHI partners for ordering, tracking, and delivery of new PC's and peripheral devicesMaintain accurate Buildsheet tracking and closuresCoordinate with all regional HR and Project Management teams to ensure known hardware and software is procured for employeesManage any additional data transfer requirements for existing PC upgrades as neededBuild/deploy PCs from local stock inventory as neededAsset management and procurement for Digital Services IT hardwareMaintain SHI Inventory of New PC and peripheral hardwareReallocation reporting / routing for bulk SHI inventory coordination with Yards and or 02SIT Store ManagementManage IT Store site - maintaining hardware standards and device types reflect accuratelyManage incoming service desk tickets related to IT Store order status and or billingIntern Hardware Management and ProcessesRefurbished PC inventory trackingPrimary POC with internal ECPM team for intern strategy, planning and communicationCreate and maintain all documentation for distribution2025 Intern SeasonCoordinate with regional digital services team to create communications including pre-hire communication and coordination with operations teamsIntern onboarding survival guidesAsset recovery communicationsDelivery and recovery for all intern machines and peripheralsCommunication with HR and regional teamsInvoice Processing for PC and hardware procurementCode and route to appropriate manager for final approvalQualificationsEducation & ExperienceAssociate's degree preferred; equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.5+ years of experience in an administrative, executive assistant, or similar support role; experience supporting senior leaders strongly preferred.Experience in Accounting, Information Technology, Human Resources, or professional services environment is preferred.Experience working in a fast-paced, matrixed organization with multiple stakeholders.Skills & CompetenciesExceptional organization and planning skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and stakeholders.Strong attention to detail and accuracy in scheduling, documentation, invoice handling, and written communications.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel; experience with SharePoint, Teams, and OneNote a plus.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to draft clear, concise emails and meeting materials.Comfortable working with basic financial and HR documentation (invoices, notices, program forms) and following defined processes.Proactive, resourceful, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.Comfortable working with executives and leadership teams, including anticipating needs and providing solutions.7108
