Facilities Engineering Manager

Our client is looking for a Facilities Engineering Manager.What You’ll DoLead and develop a team of engineers and technicians across mechanical, electrical, and facility operationsOversee all major building systems, including HVAC, electrical distribution, plumbing, controls, and automationBuild and maintain strong electrical engineering and safety programs that meet regulatory standardsEnsure compliance with codes, safety policies, and industry best practicesManage and optimize building automation systems to improve efficiency and system reliabilityDirect preventive and predictive maintenance programs to maximize uptime and extend asset lifeLead capital planning, facility assessments, and long‑term infrastructure investment strategiesManage capital budgets and ensure projects are delivered on scope, schedule, and budgetOversee engineering and construction projects from planning through commissioningDrive continuous improvement in energy use, sustainability, and facility performanceWhat You BringBachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or related Engineering field preferred10+ years of experience in facilities engineering or large‑scale building operationsStrong background in mechanical systems, HVAC, and electrical infrastructureKnowledge of building automation systems, controls, and system optimizationExperience with capital planning, lifecycle analysis, and facility assessmentsProven ability to lead technical teams and manage complex projectsStrong understanding of building codes, electrical safety standards, and regulatory requirementsFinancial acumen with experience managing capital and operating budgetsExcellent communication and problem‑solving skills
