Nursing Asst II 4 West-36 hours/week

Functions as a member of the healthcare team to assist the professional nurse in meeting the goal of individualized patient care by performing designated patient care and clerical functions in a timely efficient manner. High school diploma or GED required.Must successfully complete nurse's aide training program.Certified nurse aide certification through the Kentucky Board of Nursing required.BLS required.AVADE workplace violence prevention training (Level 2) required after hire, not to exceed three months, and maintain annually.Equal Opportunity Employer
