Responsible for the recruiting, selection, development, performance, and retention of all personnel. Manages inventory, food quality, controllable costs, and financial results. Accountable for our customers’ complete and utter satisfaction in their dining experience by empowering team members to react positively. Hospitality-focused FIRST in every instance while maintaining a constant presence on the floor.ResponsibilitiesCommunicates the long-term vision, sets the daily morale of the team, and leads by exampleActs as a Brand Ambassador in the local community & effectively builds relationshipsCoaches team members to provide consistent execution & exemplary serviceConfidently handles customer complaints, concerns, and service issues with graceEnsures that Management team follows all store policies and proceduresResponsible for completion of all administrative duties, paperwork, and cash handlingGuarantees completion of all daily food safety checklists and proper food handling, FIFOMonitors all equipment and maintains preventative maintenance and ensures timely repairsEnsures completion of inventories, staff meal documentation, prep and waste controlMaintains immaculate cleanliness and perfect organization of all areas of the restaurantCertifies and delivers team member and Management evaluations in a timely mannerResolves potential team member conflicts in a professional and confidential mannerFully skilled in every position and able to train or work a station at a moment’s noticeRequirementsPositive and encouraging demeanorEnergetic, super friendly and a proactive team playerAble to work and manage the team in a fast-paced environmentNumbers- and detail-orientedProficiency at all levels, including recipe knowledge, service standards, sanitation practices, FOH and BOH management functions3+ years’ experience as a General Manager (or equivalent position) in a restaurant, fast-casual / quick service restaurant preferredAbility to lift, bend, stoop, walk and perform other physical tasks for hoursCompensation: Competitive salary
