We’re looking for baristas to join our team at the Galleria at Tyler in Riverside, CA! The ideal candidate has outstanding customer service skills, is a team player, and loves coffee. Responsibilities Greet customers with a smile Learn menu items and answer customer questions Prepare and serve beverages, syrups, and pre-made food items Taking and calling out orders Handling payments quickly and accurately Using and maintaining different brewing equipment Understanding of different brewing techniques Cleaning and sanitizing for front and back of house Skills Ability to multitask effectively Basic math skills for weighing, measuring, and timekeeping Strong communication and customer service skills Attention to detail Positivity, enthusiasm, and approachability Requirements Previous barista/customer service experience preferred but not required California Food Handler Card High School diploma or equivalent Ability to work weekends and holidays Reliable transportation Benefits Flexible schedule Paid training Paid sick time Employee discounts Work Environment The kiosk is situated at the Galleria at Tyler, Riverside, CA. In the mall are restaurants, stores, and a theater. Work is fast-paced and requires standing and walking up to 8 hours at a time. Store business will vary depending on day, time of day, and season. Working at the kiosk require expeditious and attentive service.
