IT Executive AssistantThe Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative and operational support within the Information Technology department and reports directly to the Senior Vice President (SVP) of IT. This role is critical to enabling the effectiveness of IT leadership by managing complex schedules, coordinating communications, supporting strategic initiatives, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across the department. The ideal candidate is highly organized, discreet, proactive, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, executive environment. The position is a non-exempt full-time position open to both internal and external applicants.QualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience (5+ years)Strong proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote)Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional executive presenceDemonstrated ability to manage competing priorities with accuracy and attention to detailHigh degree of discretion and integrity in handling confidential and sensitive informationStrong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skillsAbility to take initiative and work independently and with other Executive Assistants in the companyEssential Job FunctionsManage the SVP's calendar, including scheduling complex meetings with multiple stakeholders and time zonesCoordinate and prepare materials for meetings, leadership forums, and board or committee engagementsServe as a liaison between the SVP, department leadership, business partners, and external contactsDraft, review, and format executive-level communications, presentations, and reportsCreate, compile, and disseminate periodic reports, committee reports, presentations, and other information.Track key action items, follow up on commitments, and support execution of strategic initiativesAssist with department planning activities, including budgeting, workforce planning, and vendor coordinationSupport IT leadership meetings by preparing agendas, capturing notes, and distributing follow-upsMake travel arrangements for department executivesMaintain and reconcile department credit card purchasesAccountability & RequirementsMaintain strict confidentiality of executive, personnel, financial, and strategic informationEnsure accuracy, timeliness, and professionalism in all deliverables and communicationsAnticipate executive needs and proactively address issues before they escalateDemonstrate reliability and accountability in meeting deadlines and managing commitmentsBuild strong working relationships across IT and the broader organizationAdapt quickly to changing priorities and organizational needsModel professionalism, sound judgment, and a service-oriented mindset at all timesWCF Insurance offers an extensive compensation package. All employees earn 4 weeks of vacation their first year. The estimated starting hourly pay for this position is $28 - $42, depending on education and years of experience.
