Agglomeration Operator Rate of Pay: $19.50 Hours: 10 pm-6:30am, Monday -Friday Benefits: Vacation Pay, Holiday Pay, Health Insurance, and 401K Job is Contingent On: Drug screen, background check, and Interview Job Summary The Agglomeration Operator is responsible for operating and monitoring food processing equipment used to produce high-quality powdered food ingredients. This role ensures production runs efficiently while meeting quality, food safety, sanitation, and OSHA standards. Operators perform equipment setup, process monitoring, documentation, and routine cleaning to support continuous manufacturing operations. Key Responsibilities Operate and monitor agglomeration equipment used to process powdered food products. Start, stop, adjust, and troubleshoot machinery to maximize production efficiency and minimize downtime. Accurately measure and record machine settings, production data, and quality control information. Inspect products throughout the manufacturing process to ensure they meet quality specifications. Stage and add raw materials according to production schedules and batch instructions. Clean and sanitize production equipment and work areas between production runs following GMP and food safety standards. Perform routine equipment inspections and report maintenance concerns to supervisors. Complete production, sanitation, and quality documentation accurately and on time. Communicate machine status, production updates, and any operational issues with team members and supervisors. Follow all OSHA, GMP, HACCP, food safety, and company safety procedures while wearing required personal protective equipment (PPE).
