Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Temporary Data Entry and HR Assistant to support our HR team. This role will be responsible for data entry, downloading and organizing personnel files, and assisting with various HR-related tasks. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with confidential information and possess strong attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
Enter employee data into HR systems with accuracy and attention to detail.
Download, sort, and organize personnel files in the HR Google Drive.
Maintain digital file organization and ensure documents are stored correctly.
Assist with the transfer and maintenance of employee records in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
Support HR team with other administrative tasks, such as scanning documents, updating employee information, and processing forms.
Collaborate with HR staff to ensure smooth workflow during high-volume periods.
Assist with any other HR functions as needed, such as report generation, compliance tracking, and employee file audits.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field is a plus.
Experience with data entry and document management.
Proficiency in Google Workspace (Drive, Docs, Sheets) and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred Skills:
Previous experience working in HR or administrative roles.
Minimum of 2 years experience.
Familiarity with HR systems and processes (experience with Vensure is a plus).
Working Hours:
Full-time, in office temporary position. Hours are 9:00-6:00 with a 1 hour lunch.
