Machine Operator

Description: EnviroTech Molded Products, Inc. is seeking a skilled and reliable Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will operate and maintain large molding presses, ensuring efficient production and high-quality output. Key Responsibilities: Operate large molding presses to produce parts according to specifications. Monitor machine operation to detect issues and make necessary adjustments. Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of presses and related equipment. Inspect finished products for quality and consistency, making adjustments as needed. Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines. Schedule: 12-hour Rotating Day Shift, 6 am to 6 pm Week 1: Mon, Tue, Fri, Sat Week 2: Sun, Wed, Thu Pay: Starting: $17-$20, depending on experience (opportunities for increases within first 3 months) Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and vision insurance. 401(k) with company match.
