Warehouse Forklift OperatorLocation: United States of AmericaCities: EnfieldTravel Required: 00% - 25%Relocation Provided: NoShift: Second Shift (United States of America)Job Description Summary: Hours 1:45p-10:15pResponsibilities:Responsible for safely operating electric powered industrial truck equipped with lifting devices such as forklift or elevating platform, to push, lift, stack, or move products or materials by performing the following duties:Adheres to the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs) that are in effectPositions forks, lifting platform, or other lifting device under, over, or around loaded pallets, skids, boxes, products, or materials and transports load to designated areaUnloads and stacks material by using lifting deviceReplenishes shelves throughout the facility based on the number on the product, by scanning the tag to determine locationPositions and weighs palletsInventories materials on work floor and stocks the shelves in order to replenish necessary productsLoads or unloads materials onto to or off of pallets, skids, or lifting device. Must be able to document information as per SOPComplies with company policies and procedures and maintains regular work attendancePersonal responsibility for following safety rules, SOPs and cGMPs guidelinesWillingness/capability to cross train/learn job functions in other departments of the facilityPerforms other duties as assignedQualifications:High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experienceMust be licensed to operate lift equipment (Licensing may be through internal or external training)3 months experience operating High Reach Fork Lift equipment - will be trained and certified in-houseHigh school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferredPrior manufacturing or warehouse experience preferredAbility to write simple correspondence and exercise basic mathematical skillsMust be able to respond to verbal and written instructions in basic EnglishAble to work overtime as the Business requiresWork environment may be exposed to powders, chemicals and allergens (peanuts, tree nuts, milk, dairy, eggs, wheat, gluten, soy, fish and shellfish) Physical Demands include but are not limited to the following:Standing for extended periods of timeReaching with arms and handsTalking and hearingWalking and kneelingRegularly lifting up to 50lbs and occasionally lifting and/or moving up to 70lbs with assistanceAble to maneuver pallet jack with load up to 1200 lbs.Close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focusThe Coca-Cola Company will not offer sponsorship for employment status (including, but not limited to, H1-B visa status and other employment-based nonimmigrant visas) for this position.
