A-Line Staffing is now hiring a Coordinator II – Planogram Coordinator in Woonsocket, RI. The Coordinator II – Planogram Coordinator would be working for a Fortune 500 company and has career growth potential. This would be full time / 40+ hours per week. Compensation The pay for this position is TBD (based on experience) Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment A 401(k) with company match is available after 1 year of service Highlights This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs The required availability for this position is Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Onsite 2–3 days per week Responsibilities Review, proofread, and quality-check all planogram communication materials prior to distribution Ensure clarity, accuracy, and consistency in all store-facing directives Coordinate and release planogram updates, including new item notices and discontinued items Interpret planogram content and translate into clear, actionable store instructions Collaborate with Merchandising, Store Operations, and Marketing teams to validate content and timelines Maintain version control and ensure stores receive accurate communication packets Utilize Adobe tools to review, annotate, and support updates to communication materials Requirements High school diploma or GED required 3+ years of experience in coordination, marketing operations, merchandising support, or similar roles Strong attention to detail and proofreading skills Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and organizational skills Preferred Qualifications Experience working with planograms or retail merchandising processes Familiarity with Adobe tools for document review and annotation If you think this Coordinator II – Planogram Coordinator position is a good fit for you, please apply today! *
