Job DescriptionWe are partnered with a well established, family-owned company that has a need for a Quality Technician in the South Bend area that has prioritized craftsmanship and employee care.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform first article, in-process, and final inspections on manufactured componentsUse measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and other inspection equipmentInterpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and specificationsDocument inspection results and maintain quality recordsIdentify non-conforming products and assist with corrective actionsSupport root cause analysis and continuous improvement effortsWork closely with production teams to ensure daily quality standards are metMaintain calibration records for inspection equipmentAssist with internal audits and quality system complianceWith over 1,000 unique parts in production, this role offers a diverse environment where every day brings a new technical challenge.
