Supervisor Mechanical Electrical CT and Metrology Lab

Must Have Technical/Functional SkillsSupervise day to day activities across Mechanical, Electrical, CT, and Metrology labs, ensuring smooth execution and on time completion of tasks.Plan workload, allocate resources, and coordinate shift/roster coverage.Monitor daily performance and resolve operational issues to minimize downtime and rework.Must be a subject matter expert in lab through past or current work experiences as a current high functioning technician in that area.Hands on experience operating mechanical reliability equipment such as load frames, fatigue testers, torque systems, and vibration/shock rigs.Strong electronics testing experience using oscilloscopes, DMMs, function generators, power supplies, and DAQ systems.Proficiency in mechanical/electrical failure analysis, including structured root cause analysis and troubleshooting of test setups.Experience with environmental & stress testing (thermal cycling, humidity, thermal shock, or ingress testing).Ability to work with instrumentation & sensors (strain gauges, load cells, displacement sensors) and validate accurate signal capture.Exposure to automated or scripted test setups using Python, LabVIEW, or similar DAQ tools.Strong documentation skills for test logs, data reports, reliability summaries, and maintaining GDP compliant records.Experience supervising lab technicians, assigning tasks, and managing daily workflow across Mechanical, Electrical, CT, and Metrology labs.Knowledge of quality systems and safety practices, including ISO standards, EHS protocols, and equipment maintenance readiness.Ability to collaborate cross functionally with R&D, reliability, quality, and electronics/mechanical engineering teams to support test planning and execution.Salary Range $70,000-$80,000 yearTCS Employee Benefits Summary:Discretionary Annual Incentive.Comprehensive Medical Coverage: Medical & Health, Dental & Vision, Disability Planning & Insurance, Pet Insurance Plans.Family Support: Maternal & Parental Leaves.Insurance Options: Auto & Home Insurance, Identity Theft Protection.Convenience & Professional Growth: Commuter Benefits & Certification & amp; Training Reimbursement.Time Off: Vacation, Time Off, Sick Leave & Holidays.Legal & Financial Assistance: Legal Assistance, 401K Plan, Performance Bonus, College Fund, Student Loan Refinancing.#LI-SP1
