This role sits between a Senior Developer and an Engineering Manager, requiring strong technical expertise along with leadership, ownership, and coordination skills.The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, building, and delivering end-to-end applications, leading offshore/onshore teams, and acting as a bridge between developers and technical management.This is not a pure developer role—it requires technical leadership, system design capability, and strong communication skills.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the design and development of scalable, high-performance web applications using React.jsOwn end-to-end application delivery (design → development → deployment)Define and drive technical architecture and best practicesAct as a bridge between engineering teams and technical leadershipLead and coordinate with offshore and cross-functional teamsReview code, mentor developers, and ensure high engineering standardsCollaborate with product managers, designers, and backend teamsTranslate business requirements into technical solutionsDrive performance optimization, scalability, and security improvementsParticipate in planning, estimation, and technical decision-makingRequired Skills8–12 years of overall software development experienceStrong expertise in React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3Proven experience in system design and architectureExperience leading teams and coordinating across onshore/offshore modelsStrong understanding of REST APIs and asynchronous programmingExperience with state management (Redux, Context API, etc.)Proficiency with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and modern dev toolsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills Preferred SkillsExperience with TypeScriptKnowledge of Node.js / full-stack developmentFamiliarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
