Acculon is helping lead the transition to next-generation energy storage, powering smarter, safer, and more sustainable systems, from start to scale.Position OverviewAcculon Energy is seeking a hands-on and highly motivated Production Supervisor to support the launch and daily operation of the company’s first advanced battery module manufacturing and battery pack assembly facility in Mason, Ohio.The Production Supervisor will play a critical leadership role in establishing a high-performance manufacturing culture focused on safety, quality, accountability, operational discipline, and continuous improvement. This position is responsible for leading day-to-day production activities, supervising hourly manufacturing personnel, coordinating cross-functional support activities, and ensuring production targets are achieved safely and efficiently.Unlike a traditional supervisor role within a mature manufacturing organization, this position will operate within a startup manufacturing environment where flexibility, initiative, and leadership presence are essential.
