Mover/Helper

Job Summary We are seeking Movers to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely moving, packing, and loading/unloading items for residential and commercial moves. Responsibilities - Perform physical work involving heavy lifting and moving furniture and boxes - Safely operate equipment such as box trucks, forklifts, and manual transmission vehicles - Provide exceptional customer service during the moving process - Load and unload items from trucks ensuring they are securely packed - Handle delicate and fragile items with care - Organize and maintain inventory in warehouses or storage facilities Qualifications - Prior experience in moving, warehouse, or related field is a plus - Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical labor throughout the day - Proficiency in operating equipment like forklifts and manual transmission vehicles - Strong customer service skills to interact with clients during moves - Commercial driving experience is preferred but not required - Familiarity with courier services and load/unload procedures is advantageous Job Types: Part-time, Contract, Temporary Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour Expected hours: No more than 10 per week Shift availability: Day Shift (Required) Night Shift (Required) Ability to Commute: Grand Forks, ND 58201 (Required) Ability to Relocate: Grand Forks, ND 58201: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
