The ideal candidate is organized, service-oriented, curious about technology, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.This position plays a key role in ensuring employees have a consistent, productive, and well-supported technology experience while also helping maintain IT operational standards and infrastructure processes.Key ResponsibilitiesEnd User SupportProvide Tier 1 technical support for hardware, software, connectivity, and access-related issuesTroubleshoot workstation, printer, VPN, Wi-Fi, and application access problemsSupport onboarding activities including account setup, password resets, MFA enrollment, and device configurationEscalate more complex issues to IT leadership or MSP partners as neededDeliver responsive, high-quality customer service and clear communication during issue resolutionManage and track support requests through the Jira ticketing systemLaptop & Workstation DeploymentConfigure, deploy, and maintain laptops, desktops, and related peripheralsPrepare devices for new hires, including:ImagingSoftware installationSecurity configurationDevice enrollmentUser provisioningSupport hardware refresh cycles and equipment replacementsFollow and help maintain endpoint deployment standards and proceduresRemote Workforce SupportPackage, ship, and track equipment for remote employeesCoordinate return logistics for offboarding employees and recovered hardwareAssist remote users with initial setup and connectivity troubleshootingMaintain accurate inventory records for deployed and spare equipmentIT Operations SupportAssist with endpoint inventory management and asset trackingUpdate and maintain IT documentation, procedures, and knowledge base materialsSupport conference room technology and general office IT setupsCoordinate with MSPs and vendors for issue resolution and equipment procurementHelp maintain organized IT storage areas and equipment inventory spacesQualificationsRequired Experience1–3+ years of experience in IT support, help desk, or desktop support rolesExperience setting up and troubleshooting Windows laptops and desktopsFamiliarity with Microsoft 365 applications and user account supportBasic understanding of networking concepts (Wi-Fi, VPN, connectivity troubleshooting)Experience supporting remote users preferredTechnical SkillsWorking knowledge of:Windows 10/11Microsoft 365Desktop and laptop hardwarePrinters and peripheral devicesBasic networking and connectivity troubleshootingMFA setup and account provisioningIT ticketing/help desk systemsPreferred Experience WithMicrosoft Intune or endpoint management toolsActive Directory / Entra IDDevice imaging and deployment toolsApple/macOS supportShipping and logistics coordination for IT equipmentDesired TraitsStrong customer service mindsetOrganized and detail-oriented approachDependable and responsiveStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving instinctsAbility to manage multiple priorities effectivelyEagerness to learn and grow technicallyPositive, team-oriented attitudeGrowth OpportunityThis role is a strong entry point for someone looking to build a long-term career in IT operations, systems administration, cloud infrastructure, or enterprise technology support within a growing manufacturing organization.Company DetailsLocation: Kreate – 411 S Main St, Findlay, OH 45840This position will report to the IT Project ManagerKreate is an equal opportunity employer.
