Perform customer compliance asks. Create working relations with site leads and PMs.Audits pretask plans and equipment inspectionsAttend customer and employer meetings. Be involved. Be a leader. Be accountable.Searching for an individual that can assist in a "coach and correct" method when EHS issues are noted. Exercise stop work authority where needed.Provide new onboarding presentations.
