This role reports to the Shift Supervisor and offers a Monday-Thursday schedule from 3:30 PM 2:00 AM!Pay & Schedule:Pay: $21.03 per hour plus a $1.25 shift premiumSchedule: Monday-Thursday 3:30 PM 2:00 AMJob SummaryWe're seeking energetic individuals with a keen eye for detail and a positive attitude. The successful candidate will focus on safety, quality, and continuous improvement while learning to operate and troubleshoot fabricating machines.Responsibilities:Set up, operate, and troubleshoot fabricating machines (training provided)Prepare molds and machines for all linesLift and move large, heavy diameter sawsIdentify material problems and ensure compliance with quality standardsAccurately set process parametersRemove scrap materials and maintain orderly storagePerform housekeeping around machines and work areasInspect and report unsafe or hazardous conditionsTroubleshoot problems and determine appropriate solutionsSupport Joint Health & Safety Committee (JHSC) effortsPerform other tasks as neededRequirements:Previous manufacturing experience preferred (training provided)Basic math knowledgeStrong attention to detail and problem-solving skillsSelf-starter with good communication and interpersonal skillsTeam player with a positive attitudeWorking knowledge of health & safety practices helpfulAbility to understand various types and sizes of pipes after trainingWorking Conditions:Manufacturing plant environmentRoutine walking, standing, bending, and lifting (3050 lbs)Use of hand tools (heat forming, pulling, belling, caps, reducer, saws, gluing)Fast-paced environment requiring sensory attentionBenefits:401K plan with company matchHealth, Dental, and Vision coverage optionsVacation and holidaysPlant bonus programSet schedule with bi-weekly paySafety equipment provided (glasses, ear plugs)COBRA reimbursement while transitioning to IPEX benefitsEqual Opportunity & Accessibility:IPEX is committed to providing accommodations for people with disabilities throughout the recruitment process.
