About The OpportunityWe are looking for a Senior Manager, Accounts Receivable & Sales Audit to join the KHAITE team. This role will be based out of the NYC HQ offices. This role will support the end-to-end ownership of the global accounts receivable function, sales audit operations, and sales-to-cash controls across DTC, wholesale, and marketplace channels, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and operational efficiency across all revenue streams.Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesOversee daily accounts receivable operations, including cash application and posting of collections across all payment methods and sales channelsManage DTC cash-to-sales reconciliations, including credit card, Shopify, and bank reconciliations to ensure accurate revenue reporting and timely issue resolutionOwn and maintain customer credit policies, shipment holds, credit limit reviews, and ongoing customer account relationshipsLead the management and resolution of chargebacks, deductions, disputes, and recovery processes across wholesale and marketplace partnersPartner cross-functionally with Finance, Operations, Customer Service, and Wholesale teams to ensure seamless sales-to-cash processes and strong internal controlsSupport collateral evaluations and reporting related to receivables and customer credit exposureDevelop, maintain, and improve AR controls, reconciliations, audit processes, and operational procedures to ensure compliance and accuracyAnalyze aging reports, monitor outstanding balances, and proactively identify collection risks or discrepanciesLead month-end and year-end AR close processes, including reconciliations, reporting, and audit supportIdentify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and scalability within AR and sales audit functionsManage and mentor one Credit Collections ManagerSkills & RequirementsInterpersonal Skills:Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detailExcellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentStrong communication and relationship-building skills across internal teams and external partnersProactive, solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to identify process improvements and drive operational efficienciesAbility to work independently while collaborating effectively across departmentsEducation/Experience8+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Sales Audit, or related finance/accounting functionsPrior experience within a luxury, fashion, apparel, or premium consumer brand environment strongly preferredHands-on experience with RLM Fashion Apparel ERP requiredAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including experience with complex reconciliations, pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUPs, reporting, and financial analysis toolsHands-on experience with Shopify and DTC sales reconciliation processes requiredStrong background in cash application, reconciliations, revenue controls, and audit supportExperience managing chargebacks, deductions, and customer credit processesPrevious people management or mentorship experience preferredBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferredPlease note: This job description does not list all the duties of the job. Our drive is relentless.WE OFFERThe salary range is $80,000-90,000. The rate of pay offered will be dependent upon the candidates' relevant skills and experience.
