We’re looking for a Mid-Market Account Executive to drive new business with specialty contractors. Ideal candidates bring construction project management experience and at least 1 year in sales, ready to transition into SaaS. You’ll own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to close, while delivering a consultative, value-driven experience.What You’ll DoBuild relationships with construction professionals and uncover pain pointsConsistently hit or exceed monthly/quarterly sales goalsManage the full sales cycle: outreach, demos, negotiations, contractsDevelop territory plans and grow pipeline with data-driven prospectingDeliver compelling product demos that showcase workflow efficiencyPosition yourself as a trusted expert in the industryQualifications:1+ years in construction (preferably Project Management)1+ years in sales (preferably Account Executive for a B2B or B2C SaaS product)Bonus skills:Familiarity with HubSpot, Gong, InfoMetaBaseExperience managing costs/change orders at mid-sized contractorsWhy Join:Competitive pay with uncapped commissionRemote-first flexibility with client travel (1-2x per month)Opportunity to help transform construction workflows with innovative SaaS
