Working across and with multiple teams, you will manage, implement, and improve systems that keep DTEX customers and employees safe while ensuring the security controls in place boost DTEX's scaling efforts rather than hinder them. This is a generalist role with the opportunity to specialize as the team grows.What You Will Do:Manage the day-to-day security operations, with a view to automating as much as possibleImplementation and management of security controls and systems for both corporate and productionGuide the development team in remediation of identified security vulnerabilitiesVulnerability management and penetration testing / bug bounty program managementSecurity incident responseAssist with overall security postureA systems-thinker and an automation-first person with a broad skillset will be most likely to succeed in this role.Contribute to the direction of the DTEX productWe are looking for you if you have/are:5+ years experience as a security engineer or 2+ years as a security engineer and 3+ years in a related role (eg. Sysadmin, devops, SRE)AWSLinuxPython + Bash + Automation toolsCISSP or equivalent qualification(s) preferredWe take good care of our people.
